Maredamare is the show entirely dedicated to the world of beachwear and resortwear ;lasts 3 days and for this 2023 is planned in the Fortezza da Basso in Florence .

Maredamare brings more than two hundred and fifty beach collections for summer 2024 to the forefront and includes events, fashion shows and presentations all related to new trends, including the theme of sustainability stands out .

“This edition marks a very important transition for us. –emphasizes Alessandro Legnaioli, president of Maredamare – because it confirms our position in the international exhibition scene as the most important beachwear event in Europe. A must-attend event for those in the industry but not only, given the radical changes in the sales system in recent years. In addition, the high tide of Maredamare will also arrive in the center of Florence with events and shows related to the new Fuordacqua project that aims to pervade the outside of the fair with that playful style that has characterized us for sixteen years. These include pop up shows in selected beachwear stores, the Chill with a view evening at the Piazzale Michelangelo Loggia, the Swimrock Gran Canaria Swim Week ft Underbeach Party at the Hard Rock Cafe, the Total White Fashion Party by AFS International at the Giardini Corsini, the Pin Up Stars fashion show for the presentation of the Summer 2024 collection at the Pavilion of Nations, and much more.”

Over the years, Maredamare has expanded its incoming buyers more and more, and buyers come from Australia, Kazakhstan, Peru, Chile, Russia and CIS, Greece, France, Croatia, Switzerland, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic and, of course, Italy.

Also for the coming season the swimsuit is proposed as a communication tool , to be worn as much at the beach and pool as in the city, matching it with the rest of the outfit.
